Since the first of October there have been 101 price reductions on condominiums and lofts throughout the city of San Francisco (not including most of the new developments). In addition to these six general rules I would also add “quality photos”. I still see tons of listings without any photos. They are inexpensive and worth every penny and more. Remember that approximately 80% of home buyers nationally start there search online. That percentage is probably even higher in San Francisco.
